A late die state, evidenced by that tree bark or orange peel effect on the surface metal. The feature is fairly straight for a die crack, but it definitely could be. Another possibility is a long die gouge from a hard object scraping or striking the die surface.

Very nice! The pictures of the die cracks are quite good. Just indirect sunlight for illumination? I ask because I have been thinking about getting an old school optical microscope for my own coin photography.
