This 1994 nickel has a raised line through the obverse "E" in the the word we

There is a fine arc line through Jeffersons hair that might be PMD

A late die state, evidenced by that tree bark or orange peel effect on the surface metal. The feature is fairly straight for a die crack, but it definitely could be. Another possibility is a long die gouge from a hard object scraping or striking the die surface.

Does it go all the way to the tip of Jefferson's nose?

A Die Crack on the obverse, and two Die Cracks, on the corners of the Monticello building. Your coin is in a Late Die State.

Very nice! The pictures of the die cracks are quite good. Just indirect sunlight for illumination? I ask because I have been thinking about getting an old school optical microscope for my own coin photography.
