Shoot.
The day before April first and that 6 is a little different color than the other numbers.
I'm still wanting it to be real.
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.

Hi Folks After making about 25 edits and corrections to my earlier post(I kept finding conflicting stories the more I read, hence all the edits!)and seeing the few previous observations about the calander and such, and mostly let us all not forget good old Bobby's great sense of humor!!! A few additional observations and notes...#1 I PM'D Bobby earlier asking him about the "funny" six.(no answer yet) #2 He always posts both sides of a coin in his photo's. #3 I do not know them to "haunt" estate sales. #4 He would know about the "D" mintmark. #5 The coin seems quite worn for a hidden and stashed "treasure"[:0]and on top of all that I think with the new house coming real soon they had a very, very busy day that may not have allowed much free time for coin shopping!!!!LOL! Love you guys, "Uncle Mike", you know, the one from "Cedartucky" IN that no one in the "family" ever talks about!!!!!!

And here is me thinking that you should hide it away in a safe deposit box (not at your local bank) so the feds don't take it away. And not to sell it but keep it and borrow money against it's value and retain the coin. Doh! Shame, shame, shame....LOL

Lim your post is the best laugh I have had in a while In the meantime I am thinking of linking this thread (carefully edited) over to my mates at the secret service with Bobbys address attached What think ye? Could he use a visit from the boys in blue suits?

Just in case I may have unknowingly posted something that is offensive in the US but is part of our language downunder.... "feather foot" = Aboriginal medicine man It is part of Aboriginal lore here that when a medicine man points a human bone at someone, that person is "cursed". RG....a visit from the boys in blue is apt punishment....

I would of thought "Tar and Feather him", but I was laughing so hard at how I was taken in. That was VERY FUNNY. I really enjoyed it, well done. I told a few (non coin)people about it already, it's a great story. I thought the coin looked a bit circulated, but if Susan was having a heart attack...then it must be true! LOL.
Please tell me Susan wasn't involved. Except to keep her silence.
