I have a mint bag of both P&D Oregon State Quarters and have found about a dozen of the P's seem to be missing some of the clad overlay in the water area just below the island. Some are missing more than others. Is this some type of error? I am having a hard time getting a decent picture that will show what I'm talking about. Has asnyone seen any other coins like this?
Thanks!
