This response was on the pcgs web site and apparently posted by her on the rip off report web site as a response. Sounds fine to me. Anytime she wishes to do a legal tango with me I will be more than pleased to accomodate her.
I don't like sellers ripping off people because its us who takes the heat for these scam artists. We have some great dealers here and a few others elsewhere. I like to support them whenever I can.

This tirade was originally posted by Pamela (pjd 1966) on the Coin Talk Forum on 21 February (Thread: "How Dare You!!!!!") and was quoted in the ebay Coins and Paper Money Forum and the Collectors' Universe Forum, then reported and quoted by Susan on the Rip Off Report site. pjd 1966 made the original post in response to several threads on the CTF which didn't treat her very kindly. She was NARU'd on 26 February. |

You beat me to it, Fred. Thanks for clearing that up. As a side note, I have noticed that she doesn't send "black death" responses any more since she's been NARU'd from ebay. I sent her a very choice-worded email through her Overstock contact and haven't received any response at all. I also followed up with the bigwig at Overstock this morning. |

Ohhh Susan, Many of us want info on how the conversation went with the Overstock folks. How did you get someone "live"? I feel as though this some sort of hunt for a latter day vampire. PJD is evil, and Susan as you have noted she is just arrogant enough to have gotten away with it for so much time. Her response posted above demonstrates that the woman is vindictive, and has anger amnagement issues! If she were not "loonie" (sorry to soil that numismatic nickname Canadian friends  she would be much tougher to track. How did you "find" her at Overstock? BTW- per her libel threats, fortunately, truth is an absolute defense. Don |

Well, I got a response back just a few minutes ago from Joe Peterson at Overstock. It is his feeling that, as she's new to the site, action can't be taken until there is proof of fraud. Since I sent him all of the information on where to find out about her, I have no idea what else he is waiting for - especially since she is misrepresenting a replica proof Morgan even as we speak. I guess she will be permitted to sell there for a while. As a result, I probably won't be selling there for a very long time (at least not until I see action taken). ebay is not the best, but at least they respond to my reports and I see an effort to clean up the site. As to how I found her at Overstock. I searched "estate" and "savannah". Who knew that all I had to do was search by her ID. I figured even she would be smart enough to change her ID.  |

Susan, I am all for protecting the innocent, and even the naive, or well inentioned who make honest mistakes, even if it is because they haven't tried to educate themselves. But that photo of the Morgan with "to" invsible so as to make the notation say "Ken" is incredible, and deliberate. Did Joe Peterson understand that she is not merely being deceptive, she is committing fraud, and by allowing a copy of a US coin to be represented as real, his company is aiding and abetting... (don't worry, even though I believe and stand by the line above, I would not communicate in such a blunt manner were I to talk to someone form Overstock, or anywhere else) Don |

It seemed self-evident to me, but I have also been following her moves for a very long time. Overstock is still relatively new in terms of being a viable auction site. The only thing I can think of is that he is afraid of making any waves this early in its growth. I don't agree with his decision in the slightest, but I do understand it. And, yes, I believe agreement and understanding are two different things. |

I started out by filing a complaint with overstocked.com through the automated system. I even had to join the site to do it. Thus far I have had no response.
