no does not look proof to me, just a bit shiner because the obverse has more environmental toning to it.

Agree with Dearborn. The ED on the obverse makes it a spender. If the reverse is undamaged it does not matter.

Thank you yeah just needed some extra eyes ,sometimes I look at coins so much that me eyes go blurry so coins start looking different lol have a good day thank-you again
