Hey guys I found this one and the condition looks pretty good but I'm not sure of the scratch on the date and maybe RPM-003?

Raised metal by the rim and bottom of the 0 make me think that part is PMD. From the last picture, there seems to be a feint indent on the upper part of the 0 but no pushed metal. The upper part may be struck through hair? such as an eyelash?
