Hello,
I found this while fishing with my son the other day and I can't seem to match it to anything exactly and was hoping just to know what it is!

It is non-magnetic and feels rather heavy for it's size.

It's not a token, but a railway bag seal, made of lead. "CPR" is of course Canadian Pacific Railways.
