If it fits in a roll, it's unlikely - broadstrikes are struck without the collar and so tend to be bigger than normal.

There is definitely something unusual about the obverse rim, but it's hard to see with the picture provided. Maybe take another in indirect sunlight, camera at proper distance and focus.

I suspect this is a partial collar error with an unusually wide horizontal flange.
