I bought this medal not long ago and it looks to me like someone altered a coin to make this,sort of like a hobo nickel,what do you guys think.It also has 750/000 scratched onto the back,what ever that means

Maybe this piece is number 750 of 1000 pieces made. Just a thought.

Not really concerned with the 750/000....Im more interested in whether You guys think this was carved or stamped!
