1969-D Penny Possible Floating Roof?

So the weight of this coin (3.01 grams) is rather low. Perhaps I should use another scale? Your opinions please... thank you Report this Post to the Staff
igwt79 Pillar of the Community United States 1467 Posts	Posted 05/14/2024 2:48 pm Floating roof is just an excessively polished die. Some collect them, but I don't think they have any premium. As for the weight, it is within mint tolerance, for copper cents it is +/- .13 grams. If you like it, keep it! Only costs you 1 cent. Report this Post to the Staff
