to the CCF, alvordjj! This is not an error coin - someone has mutilated it by removing the value and arrows between BANCO and 1849. You could determine the value by measuring weight and diameter and comparing it to those listed on Numista: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/in...1849&ct=coin

If its a portrait on the obverse its a 1 or 2 or 2/3, if its not its a 1/3 or 1/6
