I went to a crazy yard sale (Estate sale) and grabbed a bunch of sandwich sized bags of coins. I struck it "Rich" on some and lost out on a lot. On this coin - are the lines on the obverse just a die break or some sort of air bubbles when it was being minted? As I have no idea about Civil War tokens - Is this a specific version? Reason why I'm asking is that 90% plus of Similar coins have the bust facing east versus this one facing West. Lot of questions and I really appreciate you guys for helping/educating me. This is one of hundreds of patriotic style tokens that were issued with a wide variety of mixed obverse and reverse dies; and, issued in a variety of metals, as well. The other general category of CW tokens was store cards that advertised specific businesses and/or products.
