I didn't clean it, I know there's some crud on leg of the M, and also curious about the person standing in between the next to last columns? You can clearly see a whole body profile?

nope sorry the 'A' between the 2 'T's in States tell it all - it is centered., also look at the FG initials if neat the memorial, that it is a WAN - if far away , it would be a CAM. Your FG is near the memorial.
