... Post-Minting Damage ( PMD) on the rim ... the rest seems to be normal circulation wear, possibly combined with weak striking, or grease-filled dies at the mint. No numismatic value or rarity. There are more knowledgeable than I here that will give you a better evaluation.
..also, it is customary to show both OBVERSE & REVERSE of the coin, with RIM pictured, if necessary ...
