I don't know jack about buffs, but that looks MS64+ to me.

quite a bit of glare is making this one tough. I'm having a hard time determining areas of possible circulation. I dislike double grading a coin but i'll say AU58 or MS63. I'm leaning towards the MS side

I agree with either AU-58 or MS-63 depending on how it looks in hand. Hard to tell from the photos if there is rubbing on the high points.

I'll let the pros analyze the grade. Just wanted to point out what appears to be a fairly deep die clash of the buffalo's upper neck curve near the feather tips. Similar to this 1925-S on MAD Die Clashes:

There does not appear to be a corresponding die clash on the reverse die, though. Unless it was polished out.
