No Wexler listings for 2014-P WDDR have the feature on the right side and protruding into the doorway. If this is indeed doubling, then it's a new entry.

Second pic is with sunlight and slightly angled, which seems to capture the feature thickness a little better than LED light.

It does not look like a DDR to me.

While it could be a circulation mark, it is unusual for those marks to make it all the way under the protected area of the door frame, and to maintain their strength the whole way across.

On the other hand, it's not completely level, and most DDR lines have at least one very straight edge. Could be a die dent. It's not unheard of for the mark to twist as the hub and die pop into the final position.
