It is a patard from the Papal state Comtat Venaissin in southern France. I think I can read "AN" to the right of the crossed keys (after rotating 90 degrees counter clockwise), so it can be from pope Urban VIII, 1623-1633. Numista: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces10302.html
