It does have a proto rim and what looks like a Ring of Death on it (which I think is cool if it got rolled up at the mint) BUT, need to see an edge on image of this. Collecting since 1972. The distribute large bags on steel frames with tens of thousands of coins. They are wrapped buy money management companies for distribution to banks. I have a Type II Planchet with a 'Circle of Death' as well, but I can't remember the denomination. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T!
