Hey guys! Today, when I was looking through my bills in my wallet (their serial numbers), I found that my $100 bill is a star note!

I am wondering if this would be worth selling at all on ebay.

Here is the information about the bill:

-$100 Series 2003A bill
-serial # is FG 00392489* G7
-the bill has one fold mark in the middle and a few small ones)
-its run is 1
-its run size is 1920000
-its run range is 00000001 - 01920000
-total printed is 1920000
-month printed is July 2006
-facility is DC

Thank you in advance for the help! I am new to star notes, so thanks!

Too recent of a series, and already folded. Plus, it's a high denom with not that low of a serial. If you sell it on ebay, I fear after the fees you'll get less than face.

By the way, to the forums!

Ohhh. Wow; I became all excited about this (thinking I would score hundreds of dollars and I am only 14 years old). I am new to star notes (that's why). But thanks a lot guys for helping me! I really appreciate your fast replies!

Oh, sorry, but one quick question:

Should I use this bill? I am in need of $100, but I don't know if it's worth saving at all and how many years I would have to wait for it to valuable.

Thanks!

Go ahead and use it. If it's not new, then there's no real point in keeping it.

... or be like me when I was 14 and buy $100 in gold. Last time I checked it's now around $180
