Hello again,

This quarter was very hard to photograph as the anomalies were not easily seen. I believe it may be a very minor die clash. I am hoping for some verification from the experts.

There were 3 spots that I have circled that I noticed. The first is the eagle's beak down on a slight curve to the left wing. In hand, you can actually see an indent where the color discoloration appears in the photo. I am thinking it's part of Washington's neck.

Second, is the most pronounced area where the leaves from the wreath go over the right wing making it appear like more leaves.

Third is a long indent on the right wing of the eagle. I originally thought it was PMD, (might still be), but now I think this last thing could be the obverse area where Washington's ponytail and back of his neck meet.

I looked at maddieclashes.com to try and figure this out, but realize it could just be a very bad circulated coin. I hope this is not too many photos.

Thank you for any opinions.

I'm not sure on this one. Could be too far gone to tell.

The one under the beak could be a clash, but the rest? unsure without an over lay to help align up the 2 sides.

That's a pretty scarred over quarter. Where I'd check is that little bit at the tip of the neck bust, the feature left of L in Liberty, and the bit above the ribbon and below the wig.

Here's a Clash Overlay for the Washington quarter. It does look like a possible clash to me.
