Rev looks like ...ΛΕΩΝ (LEON) or ΔΕΩΝ (DEON)
Admittedly, that doesn't really narrow it down too much
Attaleia? Pogla? Blaundos? Nicomedia?
Possibly Zeus or Jupiter seated left?

The date is easy: "during the reign of Trebonianus Gallus", which would be AD 251 to AD 253.
The value will largely be determined by whether or not we can identify which city it comes from, as unidentified coins are worth less than identified ones. The city's name is, presumably, on the reverse, but from these pictures we can only clearly read the last half of it - "...DEON", which doesn't really help, as lots of cities have these letters at the end of their Greek name. It also seems to have a large corrosion pit on the reverse, which will also negatively affect value.
If we can have a clearer version of the bottom picture, this might answer this question.

"17grams 31mm" That is a big coin. Likely a Sestertius. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SestertiusA popular coin. Often sold on ebay. Let the bidders figure it out if you put in a 10 day auction. Or if you want to keep it, look at what is for sale to get an idea of value. My guess from looking at ebay is $20-$50 for a Gallus Sestertius in that condition.

Looked for coins of Trebonianus Gallus with Zeus seated on RPC and there were only a few results, out of which it was easy to find the right one. https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/coins/9/1000Much better condition than their page example - RPC would probably be happy to get better pics of your coin!
