i think the coin is MS but the glare is washing out the surfaces making the surfaces look dull. is it the coin or lighting

too me it looks like the coin has been dipped really close to removing most of the luster. the entire cheek, most of the neck and the area in front of the face looks like all the luster is gone.

UNC details (Cleaned) or MS62.
the 92 is a better date when you get into the MS boxes. they might net it down to 62 rather than details the coin

It looks suspiciously shiny. The obverse picture is not good. The reverse I think shows the original texture, does not look cleaned.
