It looks like these two marks could be strike through, but I'm curious what you guys are saying or thinking.

Have not seen a die chip in this location before, but I agree it does appear to be.

Die chip on the bowtie are not uncommon on 50s cents. The N looks more like a die polishing event.

This may sound like it's challenging everyone but I am not. With the over "polished" location on the die is the exact same location of the bow tie. Is that just a coincidence?

It's a Die Chip. In the 1969 edition of "THE CLASSIFICATION AND VALUE OF ERRORS ON THE Lincoln Cent" by Jean Cohen there is a section called "DIEBREAKS AT TIE. There are 176 illustrations of these die chips on Lincoln Cents from 1945 to 1968. There are 31 of them on the 1958 LWC.
