1958 Lincoln Wheat - Strike Through Or Die Breaks?

In the 1969 edition of "THE CLASSIFICATION AND VALUE OF ERRORS ON THE Lincoln Cent" by Jean Cohen there is a section called "DIEBREAKS AT TIE.
