Here's a list of the signatures & prefix change-overs for the FIVES issued: 2013 FIVE: Wilkins-Carney HBG (below 3.62M) Macklem-Poloz HBG (above 3.62M) Macklem-Poloz HMC (below 5.82M) Wilkins-Poloz HMC (above 5.82M) Wilkins-Poloz IND (below 8.98M) Wilkins-Macklem IND (above 8.98M) Wilkins-Macklem INK (below 6.28M) Lane-Macklem INK (above 6.28M) Lane-Macklem INS (below 3.96M) Rogers-Macklem INS (above 3.96M) I have only found one Lane-Macklem INS (below 3.96M) & one Lane-Macklem INK (above 6.28M). I have not really been searching in earnest so I don't want to suggest they're difficult (or anything) but I have found it more difficult to access UNC notes at my branches. The best way to find the above info (& deeper insight into the $5.00) is to register with the Canadian Paper Money Forum so you can access their Serial Number Database.
