I personally find the Whitman albums easy to use and pretty decent quality. I have one of their U.S. Gold Type Set albums that I am trying to fill.

This album contains the S-mint proofs too, which you are unlikely to find in circulation, but you should at least be able to find all the P and D coins with enough time. You could also look into coin roll hunting if you have some free time and want an inexpensive way to look for coins.
