Number 2 is much larger, at 19.4 g and 33.9 mm diameter. Could be Anastasius/Justin/Justinian, but I cannot make the writing.

AFAIK the dates started under Justinian I, so it can't be earlier than that. The very large date (can't read very well but 30+, probably 35) would suggest Justinian, as most later emperors had far shorter reigns.
