They look normal to me, and the star note in case you were wondering doesn't have a low enough serial number to keep.

I still haven't found any star notes in circulation. I've only been looking for a few months though!

The top one is green and the two below are blue. A few months back I found a "1999 $5 error note wrong color blue" on ebay and it looks exactly the same as the middle and bottom note.
Rest in Peace

I have never heard of a wrong color error on paper money and I don't think there is such an error. I have a 1963 $5 note that has a yellow seal instead of a red seal and was told by a respected dealer that the detergent uniform companies used would turn a red seal into a yellow seal when someone left it in their pocket. I'm sure your 2 notes above and the note you saw on ebay are just damaged the same way. Be careful on ebay. People will alter things or find altered things and try to sell them as errors. You can't use ebay as a tool to see what errors exist. Just a little advise.

The notes have been chemically altered, it is impossible for it to truly be blue ink as the BEP has not used blue ink since the days of silver certificates.

Yup, kind of like how some Red Seals can turn Orange - always by chemicals (bleach in the case of red -> orange).
