You may not have an RPM but you do have a 1960-D-Bar 0 nickel...which one I cannot say from the photo (there are a lot of variations).

Actually, there may be a 2nd bar on the E of Liberty as well. I can't be sure from the full obverse photo. If so, its likely this 2 bar nickel.

Sure looks like a match to 1960-D BAR-080, Bar E0 to me.
