I still kind of see it, I maybe PMD and DDD is involved but I do see the RPM

Does not look like the RPM-001. Note the prominent split serifs on the VV page.

If it is an RPM, it would have to be a new variety. The VV images for 1960-D RPM-001 do not match what yours shows.

Interesting. Not seeing a match either. The piece does display a good degree of Die Deterioration.

Die deteriorating most of the time shows doubling this one shows 3 different strikes
