I always thought this coin was odd, but since it was not reported anywhere I just put it aside with a comment in the db. Then when I heard that Charlton acknowledged a 3/2 overdate, I plunked it back out. Had a hard time taking pics that detailed UNTIL MELISSADAWN (THANX)described how she took close ups. SO here we go.
What do you all think?
