1983 S Proof Set Penny Doubled?

OK. I need help. I took the best microscope pictures through the plastic cover of my 1983 proof set. Under the scope my 1983 s proof penny has what I guess to be DDO / DDR. I took pictures of the letters that have it and then those who don't for comparison. In case I sound confusing, I just need to know what the blue marks are under/above the letters is.
Is this a double die?

Oh, Awesome! Thank you!
I drove myself crazy with the lighting to make sure it wasn't a glare or anything.
I had no idea, but a split plating is totally it! The blue tone of the zinc threw me off so badly I didn't know (just learning).

Yes, split plating showing the zinc core.

I agree with zinc showing through the copper plating.
Also,finding a coin with both a DDO and a DDR is rare like hens' teeth almost.
Did you check all three reference sites before posting your question here on CCF?
Your pics are very good considering it is a proof coin
