Coin and this was included. I have little knowledge
Of ancient coins.
Have no better pics yet

It looks like a denarius, similar to Trajan, reverse Athena holding Victory, reference Roman Imperial Coinage 115. I can't say if it's genuine or not but I don't see any obvious signs it's fake. Can you see any evidence of a casting seam on the edge? You could measure and weigh it, see if it's within the average range of a denarius. Here's one on acsearch.info
