It doesn't look like anyone had posted this type yet - certainly not with this date...   Luxembourg, 25 centimes, 1968. This type was produced over eight different years, of which 1968 has the lowest mintage. I found all eight in the same bargain bin (at the Moscow Numis coin fair), and photographed this coin for a key-date-related challenge on Numismatic Go Fish (back when it was still doing thematic challenges rather than [going back to the original] "post an example of this random type").
