Hi there. A few years ago I acquired a proof Maria Theresa Taler in Vienna Mint packaging and discovered to my delight that half the edge inscription was inverted relative to the other half. A bit of research (mostly into old posts here) led me to discover that the coin was a known error variety issued 2003/2004. Ok so far. Just wondering does that mean either 2003 or 2004, or both, or an accounting period that runs between the two years, like May to April for instance. Has anybody got any clues? It's just that very recently I came into another one, and with a mintage of only 10,000 a year I'm more than a bit surprised!
