*** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. It's very important to have in the title. ***

I got this in change today wanted to make sure that its a die clash?.My apologies for the close up images, my coin microscope is the only camera that takes images in a small enough file size.

Full coin pic front and back might be nice.
Looks like PMD to me.

I thought that at first also but the area above and below the building is depressed very deeply outlining the building perfectly. My first thought was maybe someone carved it out so I weighed it, it weighs 4.98 The depth gradually get deeper from bottom to top but the building seems to be at the right height for the coin. It has a very defined ridge around the building. I'm scratching my head. Ill try to get some full pics for you.

Its definitely stained. Look on the reverse above and below the building is pushed in as if it was carved out.

A helpful hint: If you crop the images, you can compress them less.

Any phone should be able to crop images now.

If you are on a PC, try IrfanView. (Download) (Irfanview Tutorial)

If you are on a Mac, read this tutorial: http://goccf.com/t/466343

Just staining. Maybe it's a little etched, making it seem like it's sunk in.
