Question About A 2 Cent Euro Coin - Coin Community Forum

Gigi2 Valued Member United States 319 Posts	Posted 08/26/2024 1:02 pm I found this coin in a roll of pennies. I cannot find this particular year/images/denomination combo anywhere. The closest thing I've found with the same images on obverse & reverse as this coin are from 2000. ( As shown on the last 2 photos).This is a 1999. And all the 1999 images I've found online don't match the ones on this coin. What am I missing? I'm sure it's simple to someone with knowledge of foreign coins....Help!! According to the euro catalog I use, 109,000,000 were minted, so it's quite a common coin.
