I found this at my work today, so I figure it isn't very rare but I can't find it anywhere online. Can some one help me identify this coin?

Yup, 33 cents. I just like to write it as c because it's easier.

Also, 33 cents is the exchange value of it. You can't really exchange coins in the US to USD, and there's just way to many of these to warrant any numismatic value.
