rbaker20 Valued Member United States 222 Posts	Posted 08/29/2024 4:53 pm Well the main reason I cleaned a bit was because a majority of the entire thing, front and back was black. At that point, I just decided to clean it even though I know I know your never suppose to clean coins. It was just like, a what the heck moment when you want to know what lies underneath. But regardless, I'm still going to clean a bit off. Unless you fellows have other methods of bringing up details that can be lost? Report this Post to the Staff
Marv65 Bedrock of the Community United States 10542 Posts	Posted 08/29/2024 5:07 pm The S is obvious in your new pictures but not the V.D.B. Can we see the entire reverse to see if is a "shallow" N (which the 1909-S VDB has) or a "deep" N. Type 1 = shallow N, Report this Post to the Staff
