Not sure about this one. Looks like RPM on top of D to the north/northwest. What do you think.

Not seeing an RPM on this one. I only see Split Plating, on the mint mark. https://www.error-ref.com/split-plating/

If the pic was a little sharper, might be able to tell for sure but this looks like it could be a slightly rotated RPM. Can you get a pic with some light in the area that the green arrow is pointing at?

what I see is split plating on the D at the lower right on the MM. but Interesting on what Makecents points out.
