There's a scratch across the memorial's corner and plating bubbles above that.

I'm with Spruette001 about a scratch (incuse) and linear plating bubbles.

Your images even allow us to see where some of the bubbles have collapsed or sunken in a little.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
