1999 Delaware Quarter Error Or Damage?

I have this quarter that, as a rookie, appears to me to be a possible error. Looking closely, it appears that the nose is broken. There is a visible indention near the bridge of the nose. Also, the rim appears to be more pronounced on one side.
I am by no means a collector or very knowledgeable in determining what is or isn't an error, so looking for other opinions.
Please note ahead of time that if I question any responses, it is not because I do not trust what is being stated, but rather it is me simply looking for further clarification and additional education.

To CCF! This is just a damaged quarter. The nose took some hits. PMD. Not an error.

Your coin shows contact marks,most likely due to getting hit by other coins during bagging process.
