Anyone know what this is? It measures 24.0 mm and weighs 2.08 grams. The obverse has some picture with the legend INTEMPESTATE SEGVRITAS The reverse shows St. George slaying the dragon with the legend S GEORGIVS EQVITVM PATRONVS.

SECURITAS not SEGURITAS. Found it is from France on Richard's Token database.
