Good day everyone! As I'm still working on developing the collector's eye, I noticed something on this 2008 p Alaska quarter. While It does have the "extra claw error", I was more focused on what this can possible be under Washington's eye. Does anyone have an idea?

Looks raised so could be a die chip - strange place for a chip.

McEe21,

What are you using to take pics with?
Looks like you need to filter your light to cut down the glare.
