I'll take his advise and move along ...

Sounds like someone who is VERY tired of calls, no-return calls, phishing scams, tire kickers etc. etc.

Personally, I'm tired of the craigslist / marketplace game.

I won an auction from this seller a few weeks ago; a semi rare gold coin with it's silver counterpart. He packed & shipped the next day. My coins were packaged so well they would've survived a 20,000 ft drop from an airliner. I received exactly what was described in the auction. Could not be happier.

I read his "terms" on the items page & I actually giggled.. I suppose you would need to be a regular seller on the 'bay to understand. I've sold there for a long time (not coins) designer bags, shoes etc.. anyway, buyers ask the dumbest Q's, that are both obvious & already answered in item specifics. It's often a negative FB waiting to happen.
I think he's just trying to avoid issues on his selling account. I can handle a lil grumpy as long as I get what I want. And; if you know what you're doing, his terms wont ever apply to you. /Just sayin'
