Ancient Copper Coin - Judaea? Can Anyone Help Identify?

Hello all,
I got this tiny copper coin in a batch of uncleaned (mostly Roman) bronze coins (shipped from Spain). While there's not much to it (13mm, 1.35g), I think there might be enough design to identify. But I can't find a match online or in my books. Can anyone help?
One side clearly has two stars and what looks like an Arabic letter, maybe. The other side has a circle and some dots.

Update: It looks a bit like these coins that are listed for sale on Etsy, but only identified as "ancient indian coins".
