Weight 16.6g, Diameter approx 18mm, thickness 7mm.

Searching the Zeno database I found a coin similar in weight and diameter to yours with some matching stylistic elements, though possibly not an exact match for your coin.

This is a Bikaner takka of Ratan Singh, AD 1828-1851, KM#23. Looking at the photos in Zeno and Krause, it appears there is some variability in this issue, so yours may well fall into this category.
