I have looked at thousands of PL Sets and I have yet to ever find a Die Clashed coin. These coins are mint lacquered and it destroys them. I have seen over lacquered coins and it creates the ghostly rippling that I can see on you coin especially below the 1 CENT going downward to the Maple Leaf. For me the clash as you see doesn't match the obverse. Just by looking at that coins finish it has lots on.
