These coins with a lot of luster give me problems with glare, and sometimes the detail does get washed out. I'm not very good at grading these type of coins, and thought that a close-up of the hair would be helpful to get a more accurate grade:

This is the same location on the coin shot made with different light settings. To get the close-up, I used a clip-on magnifier loop that tends to distort the image near the perimeter. That is the reason why there are a couple different shots having the light source orientated 180° away from each other.

These were NCLT, so they shouldn't have any wear. I'll say MS63 on it. I don't think it's worth slabbing.
Not sure what your light source is, but you need to either angle it or diffuse it more.
