I did answer everything so far correctly  This token is older than 1909, but is listed as ND on numista, This token shows up when -"round" is put into the main search bar, Weighs less than 2.1g, No denomination on this thing, Not Scalloped with 12 notches, Not made from anything aluminum, Not issued in North America, Not issued in France or Germany, Not issued in Thailand...

Quote: The way I see it.....  Is Keith guesses correct, though mine is clearly a different shape, but same type. This measures 57x17mm. I won this from another one of my favorite whatnot dealers and they had several to choose from, and apparently I got one of the better types they had. This from my research is probably one of the later types that I would place in the early 1800's.
