Q17. Is the stamp on this FDC music related? No
There are two stamps in this FDC (PNC/CCC) set, neither music related.

One stamp is the same issuer and year as the coin, the other stamp was issued in the USA in 1991, but still popular and in use in 1993 and relevant to this event, therefore chosen for this Fleetwood CCC. I see a nice 1993 Grace Kelly PNC from Monaco, but the U.S stamp is 1993 too.

Final clue: The coin is .835 silver and was issued before the FDC.
Let the guessing begin.
